RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM/WRONG PRODUCT IN MY ORDER; HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipping or transit, you can request for an exchange.
If you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, or if you were sent the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate the exchange:-
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via support team at help@dailyobjects.us or call us at +91 8010 667 667 within 48 hours of receiving the order. The window for replacement will open when our delivery partners mark the orders ‘delivered.’ To avoid any delays in addressing your queries, it is encouraged that the order be opened within 48 hours of receiving it for a smooth replacement policy in case of any manufacturing defects.
- Step 2: Share images and videos of the defective/wrong items with us, along with your order details in your mail, to decide whether the product qualifies for a replacement.
Please note that replacement is only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects. - Step 3: The DailyObjects support team will reach out to you in 4-5 business days to resolve your issue.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, f the case qualifies for a replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will advise you to select a product from the same category, and options will be shared by our team. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to the base location.
CAN I RETURN PART OF MY ORDER?
At DailyObjects, international orders are eligible for 30 days returns, once received by the customer. You may raise a concern with our support team to an appropriate redressal at help@dailyobects.us.
Please note that the returns are only accepted due to manufacturing defects or receiving the wrong product(s). The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to the base location.
